Putnam County Common Pleas Court

Oct. 6

Josalyna L. Oliver, 39, Leipsic, was found in violation of community control standards. The violations including using methamphetamines, marijuana, failing to obtain substance abuse counseling and failing to comply with passpoint testing. Sentencing on the matter was set for 10:30 a.m. Dec 19. She was originally convicted of receiving stolen property.

Jeffrey T. Stocklin, 41, Lima, was sentenced to 30 days jail for domestic violence. He will be permitted work release.

Cindy Hartman, 71, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 30 days jail for an amended charge of removal from office for certifying affidavit without administrative oath. The sentence was suspended, and she was fined $250. The charge stemmed from her duties as a Notary.

Oct. 12

Putnam County Treasurer Tracy Warnecke, Ottawa, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Cynthia Teegarden, Paulding, in the amount of $1,248.25, as of June 29, in real estate taxes and assessments plus additional costs accrued.

Oct. 13

Mitchell J. Gerdeman, 29, North Baltimore, was placed on five years community control for theft. He must obtain and maintain employment, successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended and pay restitution of $2,963.51.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Oct. 6

Dustin P. Gilbert, 38, Continental, pleaded guilty to two counts driving under OVI suspension. Sentence: 90 days jail on both counts, 87 days suspended, $250 fine, with sentence to be served consecutive. A charge of right of way was dismissed.

Kobe L. Camareno, 19, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to menacing. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $150 fine.

Oct. 7

Raymond J. Glaze, 53, Columbus Grove, charged with fugitive from justice, waived extradition. Bond was set at $50,000 cash/surety with condition of reporting to Lenawee County, Mich.
