The following individuals were indicted July 26 by the Putnam County Grand Jury.

James C. Berger, 32, Belmore; receiving stolen property.

Jacob A. Smith, 21, Continental, failure to provide notice of change address.

Joshua L. Springer, 40, Findlay, domestic violence.

Jared A. Smith, 33, Pandora, possession of a controlled substance.

Hailey E. Gray, 20, Bryan; tampering with evidence, receiving stolen property, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and aggravated possession of drugs.

July 20

Kimberly E. Parsley, Gilboa, was granted a divorce from Jared A. Parsley, Lima. They were married July 12, 2008, in Gilboa and have two children.

Colten Schwab, Pandora, and Allyson A. Schwab, Pandora, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married May 11, 2019, in Bascom and have no children.

Matthew A. Pennington, New Hampshire, was granted a divorce from Tiffany L. Rodabaugh, Pandora. They were married Oct. 20, 2018, in Bluffton and have no children.

Barbara L. Spangler, Leipsic, v. James R. Spangler, Leipsic; divorce without children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

July 14

Gabriel V. Warnimont, 25, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, $50 fine, complete a mental health assessment, pay restitution of $124.08 to Rite Aid Pharmacy and not be present at Rite Aid for one year. He was also fined $50 for menacing.

Kristy F. Vermilyen, 36, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to menacing. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $50 fine, 12 months’ probation.

July 19

Paul V. Loredo, 63, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to OVI first offense. Sentence: 180 days jail, $375 fine. He also pleaded guilty to two counts criminal trespassing. Sentence: 30 days jail on each count with sentence served concurrent. A charge of riding bicycle on right side of roadway was dismissed.

Cynthia A. Bowers, 62, Continental, pleaded guilty to OVI first offense. Sentence: 180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit given for six days jail upon completion of DIP. Another charge of OVI and a charge of failure to control were dismissed.

Bradley S. Beining, 38, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct and was fined $75.

July 21

Midland Credit Management, Inc., San Diego, default judgment v. Jeffrey L. Schwartz, Oakwood, $5,419.48, plus interest and costs.

Credit Acceptance Corp., Southfield, Mich., default judgment v. Mycala Kloeppel, Leipsic, $11,380.50, plus interest and costs.
