June 6

Anthony N. Hutchison, 39, Columbus Grove, was placed on five years community control for violating community control standards. The violations included failing to submit to drug testing. He must obtain and maintain employment and pay court-ordered child support payments. He must successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He was originally convicted of non-support of dependents.

Sophia S. Chamberlin, 35, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to attempted aggravated possession of drugs, a misdemeanor. She faces up to 180 days jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1:30 p.m. June 27.

June 7

Joy E. Howard, 34, Lima, was sentenced to 30 days jail for violating community control standards. The violations included consuming alcohol and not staying away from establishments that serve alcoholic beverages. She was given credit for six days served. She was originally convicted of attempted identity fraud and misuse of credit cards.

June 8

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc., Ewing, N.J., was granted a foreclosure judgment against Alexandra C. Sargent, Columbus Grove, in the amount of $104,531.61, plus interest and costs.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

June 6

Joshua J. Schaffer, 43, Defiance, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of physical control. Sentence: 180 days jail, 135 days suspended, $250 fine and complete a drug and alcohol assessment. Two OVI charges and an open container charge were dismissed.

June 9

Aaron J. Stringer, 23, Lima, pleaded guilty to drug abuse possession. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension.
