Lima Senior moved up to No. 11 from No. 15 in Division I in the latest Associated Press Ohio High School boys basketball poll released Monday.
The Spartans, 13-2, have won four straight games and reeled off big wins over Whitmer and Lima Central Catholic on Friday and Saturday.
Shawnee (17-1) remained at No. 2 in Division II with big wins over Kenton Friday and Trotwood-Madison Saturday.
In Division III, Ottawa-Glandorf (15-3) are also coming off a successful weekend and moved up one spot to No. 8.
Columbus Grove, who took a loss to Jackson Center Saturday, 47-41, tumbled from No. 2 to No. 6 in Division IV. Putnam County rival Ottoville moved up to No. 4 from No. 5.
Shawnee 55, Delphos St. John’s 54
DELPHOS — Shawnee’s Zoe Best scored 23 points and hauled in nine rebounds and Grace Freiberger notched 17 points, made four steals and dished our four assists. For Delphos, Paige Gaynier pumped in 26 points.
Shawnee improves to 11-7 for the season and Delphos slips to 9-9 for the year.
Delphos Jefferson 66, Fort Jennings 26
FORT JENNINGS — Delphos Jefferson’s Mallory Bridges scored 16 points and Lyv Lindeman added 13 points. Lauren French chipped in 10 points.
Delphos Jefferson improves to 17-4. Fort Jennings fall to 1-19.
Perry 48, Vanlue 38
VANLUE — Perry’s L:ily Ford scored 22 points to lead the Commodores.
Toledo Central Catholic 48, Lima Senior 32
Lima Senior’s Tiana Spivey scored 18 points and grabbed eight rebounds and Cheyanne Bean scored six points and snared 11 caroms.
The Spartans fall to 3-14 and 2-3 in the Three Rivers Athletic Conference. Central Catholic improves to 4-0 in the conference and 5-3 for the season.
Riverdale 58, Upper Scioto Valley 28
DEGRAFF — Upper Scioto Valley’s Kennedy Hall scored 12 points and Allison Moore scored four points and grabbed 10 rebounds.

KENTON — Kenton’s Janet Dyer had the high series in round one with a 412. Other series scores were Devin Hastings 404, Adam Hopkins 309, Steve Sauber 299 and Spencer Anglemyer 287. For Shawnee, Soloman Smith bowled a 428. Other Indian scores were Myles Aldrich 370, Cruz Hunter 332 and Isaiah Johns 307.
Kenton won round two 749-742.
ONU defeats Otterbein
ADA — The Ohio Northern wresting team wrapped up its abbreviated 2021 season with a 30-13 victory over Otterbein on Sunday afternoon at the ONU Sports Center Fieldhouse.
The Polar Bears finish with a 3-1 overall record and a 3-1 mark in the Ohio Athletic Conference, while the Cardinals end their season 1-3, 1-3.
Ohio Northern also celebrated Senior Day on Sunday and honored its graduating senior Rhett Roeder (Monroeville).
ONU won six of the 10 varsity bouts against OU, four of which were by fall.
Freshman Devon Harbison (Beloit, Wis./Turner) and sophomore Camden Spears (Plainfield, Ind.) each won by fall at 125 and 133 pounds, respectively, to get Northern off to a 12-0 lead.
No. 7-ranked sophomore Chase Sumner (Ada) put the Polar Bears on top 18-3 with a pin at 149 pounds just 46 seconds into his match at 149 pounds.
Junior Jordan Hardrick (Dayton/Wayne) and junior Dylan Knotts (Russells Point/Indian Lake) each won by decision and ONU led 24-6 after the 174-pound weight class.
Sophomore Ben DePrest (Louisville, Ky./Saint Xavier) wrapped up the dual with a pin in 1:49 at heavyweight.
ONU also wrestled 20 exhibition matches against Otterbein and Wilmington wrestlers during the afternoon.
Otterbein also defeated Wilmington 39-9 as part of the tri-meet.
Roeder finished the day with a 2-0 record with a pin and a decision. He his four-year career with 24 victories and 14 pins.
