Lincolnview tops LCC in girls hoops

MIDDLE POINT – Lincolnview’s Kendall Bollenbacher had 22 points and five rebounds in the Lancers’ 55-50 girls basketball victory over Lima Central Catholic Thursday at Lincolnview.

Annie Mendenhall added 14 points and nine rebounds for Lincolnview.

Bollenbacher also had three assists.

Olivia Stolly had 17 points and five rebounds for the T-Birds. Erin Mulcahy scored nine.

Kennedy Parker had eight points and five rebounds for LCC.

Lincolnview (2-3) won the boards, 29-18.

The Lancers led 31-26 at the half and 44-33 after three quarters.

Ottoville 55, Miller City 49

OTTOVILLE – Ottoville’s Nicole Knippen pumped in 22 points to help the Big Green knock off Miller City at Ottoville.

Both teams stand 3-1.

Alexa Honigford had 15 points for Ottoville. Elise Kramer scored nine.

Abi Lammers paced Miller City with 17 points. Adrienne Kuhlman scored 11, while Grace Pfau had 10.

The Big Green led 30-25 at the half and 43-38 after three.

Bath 61, Kenton 33

BATH TOWNSHIP – Bath moved to 6-0 with a convincing victory over Kenton at Bath.

Bath is 2-0 in the Western Buckeye League. Kenton is 0-2, 0-1 in the WBL.

Ruby Bolon led the Wildkittens with 13 points.

Esther Bolon had 12 points, 11 rebounds and six assists. Madelyn Renner had 12 points and seven rebounds.

Lexi Renner and Abbie Dackin both had nine points. Dackin had seven rebounds.

For Kenton, Lindsey Smith had 10 points. Jenna Manns had nine.

Marion Local 69, Lima Senior 30

MARIA STEIN – Marion Local ran past Lima Senior at Maria Stein.

Nakiya Sigman led the Spartans with 16 points and three rebounds.

Heidi Rethman paced the Flyers with 16 points. Lindsey Koenig scored 10 and Samantha Hoelscher had nine.

Delphos Jefferson 62, Allen East 37

HARROD – Lyv Lindeman tossed in 27 points to power Delphos Jefferson over Allen East at Harrod.

Josie McGue added 15 points and Aly Lindeman scored 11 for the Wildcats.

Jefferson is 5-1, 2-0 in the Northwest Conference.

Allen East is 1-4, 0-1 in the NWC.

Van Wert 74, Defiance 35

VAN WERT – Van Wert’s Sofia Houg score 20 points and Jaylyn Rickard added 18 to power the Cougars past Defiance.

Van Wert is 4-1, 2-0 in the Western Buckeye League. Defiance is 1-3, 0-1 in the WBL.

Rickard had four 3-pointers, all in the third quarter in which he scored 16 of her 18 points.

Van Wert led 11-7 after the first quarter and 39-11 the half. The Cougars led 60-20 after three.

Defiance was led by Mira Harvath’s eight points.

St. Marys 47, Wapakoneta 31

ST. MARYS – St. Marys’ Kendall Dieringer scored 13 points and Noey Ruane added nine in the Roughriders’ victory over Wapakoneta at St. Marys.

St. Mary is 4-1, 1-0 in the Western Buckeye League. Wapak is 1-2, 0-2 in the WBL.

New Knoxville 38, Coldwater 28

COLDWATER – New Knoxville moved to 4-0 with a victory over Coldwater at Coldwater.

The Rangers are 2-0 in the Midwest Athletic Conference. Coldwater is 1-3, 1-1 in the MAC.

Morgan Leffel led the Rangers with 16 points. Avery Henschen scored 10.

Riley Rismiller paced the Cavaliers with 17 points and 11 rebounds.

The game was tied at 11 at the half. The Rangers outscored the Cavaliers 15-11 in the third to take a 26-22 lead.

Bluffton 64, Ada 28

BLUFFTON – Bluffton cruised past Ada at Bluffton.

Kylie Stackhouse paced the Pirates with 14 points. Laykin Garmatter, Sami Scoles and Rile Eachus all scored 12.

Bluffton led 33-15 at the half.

Courtney Sumner led Ada with 12 points.

Bluffton stands 3-3, 1-1 in the NWC. Ada is 1-4, 0-2 in the NWC.

Perry 46, Elgin 42

PERRY TOWNSHIP – Lily Floyd had 17 points and Macy Hoersten and Mi’auni Hall each scored 10 for Perry.

Perry is 2-1, 1-0 in the Northwest Central Conference.

Paulding 55, Spencerville 53

SPENCERVILLE – Paulding edged Spencerville at Spencerville.

Paulding is 6-0, 2-0 in the Northwest Conference. Spencerville is 1-4, 1-1 in the NWC.

North Baltimore 49, Leipsic 39

LEIPSIC – North Baltimore posted a victory over Leipsic at Leipsic.

Liz Scheckelhoff had 12 points and seven rebounds for the Vikings. Marisa Hermiller had 11 points.

Leipsic is 3-1, 1-1 in the Blanchard Valley Conference.

Cory-Rawson 52, Riverdale 38

RAWSON – Cory-Rawson’s Zoe Chisholm tossed in 20 points to lead the Hornets over Riverdale.

Cory-Rawson is 5-2, 3-0 in the Blanchard Valley Conference.

Continental 37, Holgate 25

HOLGATE – Continental bumped off Holgate at Holgate.

Delphos St. John’s 44, Fort Recovery 41

FORT RECOVERY – Delphos St. John’s make the trip to Fort Recovery and came back with a victory.

St. John’s is 3-3, 1-1 in the Midwest Athletic Conference. Fort Recovery is 4-3, 2-1 in the MAC.

Minster 56, New Bremen 48

MINSTER – Minster went to 2-0 with a win over New Bremen at Minster.

Minster is 2-0 in the MAC. New Bremen is 0-2, 0-2 in the MAC.

Versailles 47, Parkway 45

ROCKFORD – Versailles edged Parkway at Parkway.

Versailles is 2-5, 1-2 in the MAC. Parkway is 2-2, 1-1 in the MAC.

Vanlue 47, Pandora-Gilboa 45

PANDORA – Vanlue posted a victory over Pandora-Gilboa at Pandora.

SHAWNEE TOWNSHIP – Celina posted a victory over Shawnee at Shawnee.
