LIMA — Keegan Halliday had a pair of goals as Lima Senior defeated Lima Central Catholic 6-0 in boys soccer Saturday at Spartan Stadium.

Aaron Bowsher, Curtis Williams, Keanan Grundisch and Andrew Zell each had a tally and Dalton Hahn made five saves to earn the shutout in goal.

Kalida 1, Bath 0

KALIDA — Drew Fersch had the match’s only goal. Teammate Brady Fersch made seven saves in goal while Bath counterpart Jeremy Jeffrey had three saves.

Ottoville 3, Allen East 1

HARROD — Ottoville’s Will Miller, Brice Schroeder and Preston Mansfield and Allen East’s Braelin Houston each had a goal.

Bluffton 6, Jonathan Alder 1

BLUFFTON — Jude Spallinger and Jonathan Schriner had two goals each and teammates Asher Antrim and Kaden Basil had one tally each. Jude Spallinger and Schriner had three and two assists respectively.

Archbold 4, Fort Jennings 0

The Musketeers fell to 0-4-1 on the season.

Thunderbird Invitational

HARROD — The hosts won the 18-team event with a 325 total at par 71 Colonial Golfers Club followed by Ursuline Academy (338), Tusky Valley (354), Alter (361), Notre Dame Academy (365), New Albany (372), Lexington (372), Benjamin Logan (375), Perrysburg (384), St. Henry (410), Bellefontaine (411), Napoleon (440), Northview (455), Shawnee (471) and Defiance (485).

Lima Central Catholic’s Erin Mulcahy won a scorecard playoff for medalist honors after shooting a 76 along with St. Henry’s Ellen Naumann and Perrysburg’s Sydney Deal. Naumann then won the scorecard tiebreaker for second. LCC’s Mary Kelly Mulcahy won the scorecard tiebreaker for fifth place against Napoleon’s Riley Kleck after each shot 80.

Bridget Mulcahy (82) and Emma Mayers (87) also contributed to the Thunderbirds’ winning team score. Haylee Wurm led Shawnee with a 99 and Isabelle Vance had Miller City’s low round of 99.

Bath 3, Kalida 0

KALIDA — Abby Dackin had two goals and Alexis Hammons had a single tally. Teammate Madelyn Renner made five saves.

Ottawa-Glandorf 8, Columbus Grove 0

COLUMBUS GROVE — Kelsea Erford had three goals and Myka Aldrich, Alexa Fortman, Clara Beach, Mackenzie Recker and Kaydree Frey had one tally each. Beach also had a pair of assists. Abby Warnecke got the shutout in goal.

LCC 5, Fort Jennings 0

FORT JENNINGS — Annika Wilker and Sophia Luchini had two goals each and Kristina Zupan had a single tally. Kitt Siatkosky earned the shutout in goal.

Tiffin Columbian 0

TIFFIN — Grace Roebke, Zoe Chisholm and Lanie Kempf each had a gola and Evelyn Waltz got the shutout in goal.

Botkins 6, Allen East 0

HARROD — The Mustangs fell to 1-2 on the season.

Allen East 3, Waynesfield-Goshen 1

WAYNESFIELD — The Mustangs won 25-13, 19-25, 25-10, 25-12.

Kristin Whitley had nine kills, Soraya Jackson had eight kills and Savana Brooks had eight aces for Allen East. W-G’s individual stats were not reported by deadline.

Coldwater 3, Lima Central Catholic 1

COLDWATER — The Cavaliers won 27-25, 16-25, 25-20, 25-10. Madison Wendel had 18 kills, Riley Rismiller had 17 kills and three blocks and Annelise Harlamert had 48 assists and 20 digs for Coldwater.

Jacqueline Cutlip had 19 digs, Kennedy Parker had 13 kills, Emma Frueh had three blocks and Zoey Foster had 26 assists for LCC.

Miller City 3, Wayne Trace 0

MILLER CITY — The Wildcats won 26-24, 25-10, 25-18. Abi Lammers had 10 kills and 14 digs, Abi Teders had three blocks, Adrienne Kuhlman had 28 assists and Tori Wenzinger had 14 digs for Miller City.

Marion Local 3, Newark Catholic 0

NEWARK — The Flyers won 25-23, 25-18, 25-17. Lydia Griesdorn had 17 digs and Heidi Retham had seven kills, three digs, 17 assists and two solo blocks for Marion Local.

Mini-MAC

VERSAILLES — Versailles (45 points) won the team title followed by Marion Local (58), Coldwater (83), New Bremen (96), Minster (130), Fort Recovery (135) and St. Henry (162).

Coldwater’s Isaac Schoen was the race winner. Fort Recovery’s Trevor Heitkamp was third with Marion Local’s Troy Stucke and Coldwater’s Jace Wood finishing fourth and fifth respectively.

VERSAILLES — Versailles (48 points) won the team title followed by St. Henry (59), New Bremen (61), Fort Recovery (76), Coldwater (105) and Marion Local (157).

Coldwater’s Haley Alig was the race winner with New Bremen’s Chloe Homan and St. Henry’s Katie Kunkler and Leah Heitkamp finishing third through fifth.

Elida Invitational

ELIDA — Van Wert (13 points) won the team title followed by Celina (12), Elida (10) and Bluffton (1).

Singles player Allie Etter and the A doubles team of Lizzie Rutkowski and Grace Lott won titles for Van Wert. Celina’s Kaylin Avers and Amy Hartings were the B doubles champs and Elida’s Taylor Crates and Marlo Harter won the C doubles title.
