OTTAWA — Girls 16-18 division winner Ellen Naumann shot a 1-under-par 71 for the low round during Tuesday’s Lima Junior Golf Association McDonald’s Junior Series at Weisenburger Builders Open. Emma Mayers was the 16-18 girls runner-up with an 85.

Jack Gerker had a 72 to finished two shots ahead of Carson Harmon for the boys 16-18 crown.

Connor Nartker finished with a 78 to win the boys 14-15 title. Collin Feathers’ 86 earned him second.

In the nine-hole competition, Brody Miller had a 42 to finish atop the boys 12-13 division. Runner-up Keaton Foster was one-shot back.

Ella Porter claimed the girls 15 & younger with a 52. Kallie McKinley finished second with a 54.

PERRYSBURG — St. Marys graduate Jill Schmitmeyer won her Women’s Ohio State Amateur Championship Flight first round match 2 & 1 against Maddie Reemsnyder at Belmont Country Club. She will next play Katlyn Shutt this morning.
