FINDLAY — Shawnee defeated Toledo Central Catholic 1-0 in a Wednesday night Division II boys soccer regional semifinal that went to a penalty kicks overtime shootout.
Shawnee, which won the shootout 4-2, and TCC each had seven shots on goal with Indians keeper Landon Hoehn making seven saves.
The Indians (18-1) will play Lexington (21-1), a 2-1 overtime winner against Bay, at a yet to be announced site Saturday.

KETTERING — Zane Paul had the match’s lone goal as Botkins (18-0-2) moved on to play Cincinnati Seven Hills in a Division III regional final Saturday at a time and place yet to be announced.
Lima Central Catholic’s Emma Mayers and Bridget Mulcahy were among those receiving honorable mention recognition in Division II.

LIVONIA, Mich. — An Arianna Cirillo goal with 3:26 remaining gave the University of Northwestern Ohio a victory at Madonna, allowing the Racers to clinch at least a share of the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference regular-season title.
Goalkeeper Lisa Venrath posted her eighth shutout of the season and it was the 10th shutout overall for the Racer defense.
With the win, Northwestern Ohio (15-1, 10-0 WHAC) clinched the No. 1 seed for the conference tournament. The Racers have either won outright or shared the WHAC regular-season title in each of the last six seasons.
Bluffton 3, Manchester 2
BLUFFTON — The Beavers secured a against the Spartans in double-overtime on a rain-soaked afternoon. Bluffton improved to 6-10-1 (3-4-1 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Athletics) on the season, while Manchester fell to 1-16 (1-7 HCAC).
Lauryn Foster-Wheeler took a feed from Nina McGinn to give the Beavers a 1-0 lead that would hold through the half. Manchester’s Maddie Shepard opened up the second stanza with a goal to tie the match at 1.
Bluffton answered back when Maddie Huffman netted a feed from Julia Gibson to give the Beavers a 2-1 advantage. The game would be sent into overtime when Manchester’s Jessica Hudnall secured a goal to tie the game at 2.
A strong presence by both defenses left the first overtime scoreless. Just 44 seconds into the second extra session, Huffman found Gibson who sent the ball into the back of the net.

WESTERVILLE — Jenna Fuller and Rose Nienaber each had a goal for ONU.

ADA — ONU (13-4-2, 5-2-1 Ohio Athletic Conference) recovered from a 2-0 halftime deficit as Beelal Hasan had two goals and Luke Fickenworth had a single tally for the Polar Bears. Teammate Jimmy Walkinshaw had a pair of assists.

NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. — The Beavers fell to 6-12 (1-7 HCAC), while Manchester improved to 8-9-1 (5-3 HCAC).
