COLUMBUS — Three Lima area teams remained atop each’s region in the latest Ohio High School Athletic Association official weekly football computer ratings released Tuesday.
Despite its 13-10 loss Friday to Kenton, Wapakoneta (4-1) remained in first in Division III, Region 12. St. Marys (3-2) landed at No. 8. The top eight teams in each region in the final report Sunday, Nov. 3, will qualify for the playoffs.
Coldwater (4-0) and Marion Local (4-1) stayed atop D-VI, Region 23 and D-VII, Region 28 respectively.
In D-IV, Ottawa-Glandorf (4-1) is fifth in Region 14 and Kenton (4-1) is fourth in Region 16.
Lima Central Catholic (4-1) is fourth, Minster (4-1) is sixth and Allen East (4-1) is eighth in Region 23.
Leipsic (5-0) is tied with Norwalk St. Paul (5-0) for second in D-VII, Region 26. Crestview (3-2) is seventh in the same region.
Waynesfield-Goshen (5-0) and New Bremen (4-1) are fourth and fifth respectively in D-VII, Region 28.
Two all-session ticket options are now on sale for the football state championship games, which will be played Dec. 5-7 at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium at Johnson Controls Hall of Fame Village in Canton.
The Stadium Club all-session ticket package includes access to the indoor club level during each game and outdoor premium cushioned seats. The Stadium Club package also includes complimentary admission to the Pro Football Hall of Fame adjacent to the stadium. The Stadium Club packages are $140 each. Also on sale are all-session general admission tickets, which do not include indoor access or complimentary Hall of Fame access, for $85 each.
