Coach’s analysis: With only one senior on the team, we bring back a young core of juniors and sophomores that played a lot of minutes last year. A huge leap in leadership and play is expected out of that group. We bring in a good group of freshmen this year that looks to compete for some starting positions. Overall, this group comes with a lot of speed and work ethic. We need to work on communication and movement this year. We need to continue to learn the game and move as a unit. Our freshmen are learning to play at a faster pace and how to communicate on the soccer pitch. There are a lot of good teams in the area and the NWC . Spencerville, Allen East, and Bluffton continue to field good teams. We look to continue to improve on our fundamentals and working together.
