Roundup: Locos pound Scouts 19-3

XENIA — Lavosier Fisher had six hits and four RBI as the Lima Locos defeated the host Scouts 19-3 Wednesday night in Great Lakes Summer Collegiate play.

Nick Colina and Trevor Hatton each had four hits and an RBI, Xavier Haendiges and Tim Martin each had three hits and three RBI, Gavin Harmon had two hits and two RBI and Alexei Cazarin had two hits and an RBI also for the Locos, who will play host to Richmond at 7:05 p.m. Thursday.

ACME baseball

Myles Blasingame had four hits, including two doubles, and four RBI, Jake Hemmelgarn had three hits and three RBI and Noah Miller and Will Broering each had two hits and an RBI as Coldwater defeated Parkway 10-2 in ACME baseball Wednesday night. Breyden Bruns had a hit and two RBI for Parkway.

Also on Wednesday, Ian Homan had two hits and three RBI and Cobe Wendel and Garrett Faller each had two hits and an RBI as Fort Recovery defeated St. Henry 7-5. Isaac Ontrop, Zach Heitkamp, Tyler Dehan and Isaac Wendel each had a hit and an RBI for St. Henry.

In the second game between Fort Recovery and St. Henry, Jackson Heath allowed one hit to Clay S and two walks while striking out five in five innings as St. Henry won 10-0. Andrew Lange had three hits and two RBI, Grant Kunkler had three hits and an RBI and Ontrop had a hit and three RBI.
