Roundup: Coldwater, St. Henry split ACME doubleheader

COLDWATER — Noah Miller had a home run, triple, base hit and four RBI as Coldwater defeated St. Henry 11-2 Friday night in the first game of ACME baseball.

Ross Weigel had two hits, including a triple, and three RBI and Josh Hryckjo had a pair of hits and two RBI also for Coldwater. Andrew Lange had two doubles, a single and two RBI, Grant Kunkler had two hits, including a triple, and Jared Schwieterman had a pair of hits for St. Henry.

In the second game, Lange had three hits, including a double, in St. Henry’s 7-5 victory. Teammate Zach Heitkamp had a hit and two RBI. Hrycko had two doubles and two RBI and teammate Will Broering had a double, a single and two RBI. Miller had a double, a single and an RBI.

Ottawa goes 1-1

The Ottawa Fighting 63rd defeated Blissfield 4-3 and lost to West Virginia 3-2.

Against Blissfield, Bradden Crumrine had two RBI. Against West Virginia, Logan Miller had a hit and an RBI.
