Lima: The Allen County Archers are holding open 3-D shoots the first Saturday and Sunday each month from March through September. They are open to all archery equipment.

The Columbus Groves Archery Club hold traditional indoor shoots at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tuesdays.
Lima: Registration is underway for bus trips to attend the Cleveland Indians take on the Cincinnati Reds at Great American Ballpark at 1:10 p.m. July 7 or watch the Detroit Tigers travel to face the Cleveland Indians at Progressive Field June 22. The fee is $75 for each of the events and buses will depart from the Ottawa Eagles #2234 and the Lima Eastgate Super Wal-Mart. Deadline to pay for the Tigers-Indians game is May 22 and deadline the Indians-Reds game is June 7. All proceeds will be donated to the Flag City Honor Flight. Lima: Bath Baseball is having their annual “Best of the Northwest” Youth Baseball Tournament on June 7- 9. There will be a 12U, 10U and 8U-Coach Pitch Division. Will only take 12 teams per division. Cost for the 12U and 10U Division will be $250 with a 3 game guarantee. Cost for the 8U Division will be $200 with a 3 game guarantee. This is a school team tournament. Lima: The Lima Diamondbacks 18U travel team has a few positions available for the 2019 summer season. This team is for this year’s high school seniors and juniors and will play a competitive tournament schedule. The team will practice during the winter in the FAST facility in Lima. Lima: Hitting league registration now open. Apex Sports Zone will be holding machine pitch hitting leagues for both baseball and softball. Four-player teams will compete in a six-week season including five league games and one postseason game. Games are five innings long in Apex’s professional, turfed cages. Delphos: The 10th annual Nathan Miller Memorial Tournament will be May 31 through June 2 at the Delphos Stadium Park. The tournament is a 16-20 team tournament for boys age 11-12 years old (age cutoff is March 1). The tournament will be pool play with a three-game guarantee. Lima: The Lima Family YMCA is holding a Healthy Kids Day at the YMCA gymnasium at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 27. This free event is open for children of all ages (must be accompanied by a parent). We will have 100 free Healthy Kids Day t-shirts for the first 100 youth to walk or run one mile on the track. Activities include: • A Fun Run on the track • Open Swim/ Safety activity Noon – 1 p.m. • Youth obstacle course • Gymnastics activities • Inflatable from Ultra Sound • Healthy snack making • There will also be area businesses and agencies with booths featuring healthy activities, information about YMCA Youth Lego league, Robotics, Summer Day Camp and Summer Splash/Learn to Swim.
Lima: The 92nd Lima City Golf Men’s Tournament is scheduled to take place June 26-30 at courses in the Lima area. The tournament will begin for the Open Flight players with a qualifying round on June 26 at Colonial Golfers Club. The Senior Flights will start that day with qualifiers at Bluffton Golf Club. The Championship Flight will play a qualifying round Thursday morning, June 27, at Colonial Golfers Club and will then play the first round of match play that afternoon. The Open Flights will play the first round of Match Play that day at Bluffton and the Senior Flights Match Play will begin at Springbrook Golf Club. Friday will see all flights playing at Hidden Creek. The semifinals and finals are scheduled to take place Saturday and Sunday at Shawnee Country Club. Carts will be included for all rounds. Lunches will also be provided for all players Wednesday through Friday. Online registration will open in May at limacitygolf.com.
Wapakoneta: The Wapakoneta Chamber of Commerce golf outing will be held at the Prairie View Golf Club at 9 a.m. a.m, Friday, May10. A team registration fee is $250. Individuals can register at email@example.com.
The Lima YMCA is holding a preschool and youth gymnastics program for boys and girls ages 18 months and older. Classes have started. The fee is $20 for members and$40 for non members.

Bluffton: The Bluffton Family Recreation will be offering pickleball from 8:30-10:30 a.m. and 7-9 p.m. Tuesdays and from 8:30-10:30a.m. and 5-7 p.m. Thursdays.
Lima: UNOH will be hosting an “I Ask” Teal Color 3K & 5K Run/Walk in support of Sexual Assault Awareness April 29. Throughout the marked course, participants will be doused with teal colored powder. Teal is the color of sexual assault awareness and prevention. The event is open to all community and campus members. The Teal Color Run is an untimed 3K or 5K event. Delphos: The seventh annual Organ Donor Dash 5K run/walk will be held Sunday, April 28. The event will start at Stadium Park in Delphos and run through the streets of town. If pre-registered by April 21, participants will receive a dri-fit shirt. Race day registration also available starting at noon and the race takes off at 1 pm.
