High school football computer ratings have St. Marys, Marion Local atop respective regions

Week 8 statewide football computer ratings

Teams are running out of time to get in position to make the high school football state playoffs with only two weeks remaining in the regular season.

The top eight teams in each region when the finally report is issued Sunday, Oct. 28, will make the postseason.

Unbeatens St. Marys (Division IV) and Marion Local (Division VI) are atop Regions 14 and 24 respectively.

In D-III, Wapakoneta (7-1) is in third in Region 12.

Top eight schools from each region in the final report Oct. 28 will qualify for the playoffs.

Van Wert (6-2) and Kenton (4-4) are fourth and seventh in Region 14.

Coldwater (7-1), Lima Central Catholic (7-0), St. Henry (6-2) and Spencerville (6-2) are third through sixth respectively in Region 24. Also in D-VI, Columbus Grove (5-3) is fourth in Region 22.

D-VII, Pandora-Gilboa (8-0) is fourth and Leipsic (7-1) is ninth in Region 26 and Crestview (7-1) is second, Minster (5-3) is fourth, New Bremen (5-3) is seventh and Waynesfield-Goshen (4-4) is ninth in Region 28.
