HARROD — Sam Sharik had five goals as Temple Christian defeated Allen East 6-2 in high school boys soccer Thursday night.

Bryce Wilcox and Christian Hedrick each had a goal for Allen East. Temple Christian’s other score was an own goal.

Ada 1, Cory-Rawson 0

ADA — Chris Reyes scored the game’s lone goal on an assist by Brendan Sheridan. Drew Hadley made four saves in earning the shutout in goal.

Ottawa-Glandorf 2, Napoleon 0

OTTAWA — Nolan Unterbrink and Ethan White each had a goal and Ethan Alt got the shutout in goal.

New Knoxville 1

NEW KNOXVILLE — Jose Maria Rabadan had New Knoxville’s goal on an assist by Joseph Baende.

Continental 1, Bryan 0

CONTINENTAL — Noah Becher had the match’s lone goal on assist by Konnor Okuley. Trevor Brecht made four saves in earning the shutout in goal.

WAPAKONETA — The Redskins won 25-16, 25-22 19-25 25-23. Emma Rex had 33 digs, Alex Wingett had 14 digs, Renae Schulze had 23 assists and 12 digs, Emma Nolte had 17 assists, Makenzie Wilson had 14 kills, Chloei Barnett had 14 kills, Emma Homer had 10 digs and Kalie Miller had three solo blocks for Wapak. Kenton individual stats were not reported.

OIO Invitational

BATH TOWNSHIP — The Orthopaedic Institute of Ohio Bath Invitational will be held Saturday at Bath High School. Competition begins at 10:00 a.m. with Bath, Bryan, North Union, Northwood, Old Fort, St. Henry and Toledo Christian scheduled to compete.

Tournament admission will be $6 for adults and $3 for students.

VAN WERT — The Titans won 25-17, 25-19, 25-14.

Maddie White had eight kills, three aces and three blocks, Erica Annesser had 13 kills, Claire Eiden had 21 digs, Kendra Ellerbrock had 16 assists and Bri Schimmoeller had 14 assists and three aces for O-G.

Jamison Clouse had 11 kills, Katie Coplin had nine assists and Adrianna Grothause had 18 digs for the Cougars.

ST. MARYS — The Indians won 23-25, 25-17, 25-10, 25-8.

Kelsey Fischbach had 42 assists, 16 digs, four aces and four blocks, Amber Greeley had 13 kills and eight blocks, Trinity Gearing had 11 kills and eight blocks, Dayle Aldrich ahd 15 digs and three aces and Caitlin Castronova had 18 digs for Shawnee. St. Marys’ individual stats were not reported by deadline.

WAYNESFIELD — The Tigers won 16-25, 25-23, 25-17, 25-23

Cassidy Craig had 11 kills and five digs, Hannah Hendrickson had 15 digs and five aces and Rylie Barrington had 30 assists and three aces for W-G.

CONTINENTAL — The Rockets won 25-16, 25-16, 23-25, 23-25, 15-11.

Jessica Stauffer had 30 assists and 18 digs, Breanne Eickholt had 11 kills, Brooke Bradford had 14 kills and 22 digs, Madelyn Potts had 22 digs and Kennedy Hiltner had 24 digs and eight kills for the Pirates. P-G individual stats were not reported by deadline.

BATH TOWNSHIP — The Bulldogs won 21-25, 25-19, 25-22, 25-21.

Maddy Luebke had 13 kills and 12 digs, Brooke Robbins had 10 killsand three aces, Emma Lutz had 11 digs, Samantha Carlin had 41 assists and 10 digs and Maria Lutz had three blocks for Celina.

Mallory Clark had 11 kills and 10 blocks, Caitlyn Renner had 24 assists, and Kali Armstrong had 22 digs for Bath.

ELIDA — The host Bulldogs fell 25-12, 25-22, 25-17.

Kylie Vorhees had seven kills kills and five digs, McKenzie Miller had 10 digs and Nevaeh Vorhees had eight digs and three aces for Elida.

WAPAKONETA — Medalist Erin Mulcahy (35), Mary Kelly Mulcahy (38), Meghan Mulcahy (40) and Hannah Garver (42) combined for the winning team score at the par 36 Wapakoneta Country Club. Taylor West led Wapak with a 47.

Willow Bend Invitational

VAN WERT — Wayne Trace (205) won the team title followed by Delphos Jefferson (228), Delphos St. John’s (234), Defiance (240) and Lincolnview (244) at par 36 Willow Bend Country Club.

Wayne Trace’s Olivia Klinker won the medalist title by defeating Lincolnview’s Shiann Kraft in two-hole playoff after each shot 49.

Jefferson’s Anna Fitch and DSJ’s Emma Shafer (54 each) had the low rounds for their respective teams.

VAN WERT — Medalist Ryan Moody (42), Reece Farmer (44), Braden Evans (44) and Zane Miller (45) combined for Lincolnview’s low team score of 175 at par 36 Hickory Sticks Golf Club. Cole Koenig (44) had the low score for Bluffton (194) and Colton Lautzenheiser and Will Sharpe (52 each) led Crestview (213).

Marion Local’s Tim Knapshaffer was medalist with a 45 at the Mercer County Elks. Ray Newton led New Knoxville with a 46.

Medalist jack Romer (38), Reed Koesters (39), Lucas Grieshop (40) and Rylee Deitsch (44) combined for the winning total at the Mercer County Elks. Grant Csukker led St. John’s with a 41.

HARROD — Allen East’s Carter Frey was medalist with a 42 in a match against Perry, which did not have enough players for a team score. Josh Dyer led Perry with a 46.

FINDLAY — Christian Nartker (41), Ryan Klausing (43), Alec Edelbrock (43) and Justin Siebeneck (44) teamed up for the winning score.

Nartker shared medalist honors with Arlington’s Will Bushong and Braydon Bushong.

The Minster girls received all 12 first-place votes in Division III in the latest coaches poll. Columbus Grove is eighth, Lincolnview is 15th and St. Henry is tied for 17th with Centerburg also in D-III.

In the boys D-III poll, Columbus Grove is ranked third and Minster and Lincolnview are 12th and 13th respectively.
