Roundup: Fort Jennings gets past Bluffton in boys basketball

FORT JENNINGS — The host Musketeers improved to 8-3 on the season with a 44-42 boys high school basketball victory Saturday night against Bluffton.

Erik Klausing and Brandon Wehri each had eight points for Fort Jennings. Jared Piercefield had 10 points and Kaleb Jefferson, Mason Soper and Dakota Bricker each scored eight for the Pirates (4-6).

Bath 51, Spencerville 44

SPENCERVILLE — The Wildcats outscored the host Bearcats 16-7 in the fourth quarter. Chad Frey had 18 points and Will Clark scored 11 for Bath (4-8). Drew Armstead had 18 points and Dalton Prichard scored eight for Spencerville.

Crestview 76, Arlington 36

CONVOY — Derek Stout (21), Wade Sheets (14) and Javin Etzler (12) each scored in double digits for Crestview.

USV 43, Ada 40

ADA — Upper Scioto Valley outscored the hosts 21-17 in the second half. Wayne Lowery had 11 points and Quinn Sanders scored 10 for USV. Ethan Swaney had 11 points and Phillip Coulson scored nine for Ada.

Findlay 69

FINDLAY — The visiting Titans improved to 11-0 on the season. No other information was reported about the game at deadline.
