ORANGE BEACH, Ala. — UNOH advanced to the NAIA Women’s Soccer Championship semifinals with a 3-0 victory Wednesday night against Tennessee Wesleyan.
Camilla Anderson had two goals and an assist, Boqca Horvath had a goal and Kalida grad Jackie Gardner and Rikke Sevecke each had an assist for the University of Northwestern Ohio (20-2-1).
The Racers will play Spring Harbor (Michigan) at 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
On Tuesday, the Racers reached the quarterfinals of the NAIA National Tournament with a 2-1 victory against Ottawa (Kansas). Anna Fisker and Gardner each had a goal for UNOH.
BLUFFTON — Bluffton University is searching for a new head coach for its women’s soccer program following the resignation of Rhonda Smith. Coach Smith served for three seasons as Bluffton’s head coach. She recently married and will relocate to Michigan.
“We will begin a search for a new coach immediately,” said Phill Talavinia, Bluffton’s athletics director. “I want to thank Rhonda for her leadership with the team and wish her all the best.

ADA — Courtney Cramer poured in a career-high 21 points to the lead No. 15-ranked Ohio Northern to a victory against Case Western Reserve in the 2017-18 home-opener at the ONU Sports Center.
The Polar Bears improved to 4-1 overall, while the Spartans fell to 2-3.
Cramer added a game-high five assists and three steals.
Amy Bullimore scored 15 and added a game-high eight rebounds, while Lindsey Black had 12 points, five assists and five rebounds.
UNOH 65, UM-Dearborn 55
DEARBORN, Mich. — The Racers jumped out to a 33-16 halftime advantage and led by as much as 22 in the second half for their first Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference win of the season at the UM-Dearborn Fieldhouse.
Kierra Billingsley (15), Upper Scioto Valley graduate Emily Patton (13) and Latoya Cuthrell (12) all scored in double digits for UNOH (4-6). Billingsley also had 14 rebounds.

KALAMAZOO — Kevin Christie had 25 points and Bath grad Andrew Renner scored 13 and had eight rebounds for the visiting Beavers (1-3).

ADA — Nate Burger (23), Marion Local grad Ryan Bruns (18), Joey DiOrio (13) and Daniel Donner (10) each scored in double digits for the host Polar Bears (2-2)
UM-Dearborn 80, UNOH 72
DEARBORN, Mich. — UNOH rallied from a six-point halftime deficit to lead by 10 midway through the second half, only to see UM-Dearborn score the final eight points to pull out the WHAC decision at the UM-Dearborn Fieldhouse.
Sadeeq Bello had 19 points, Corbin Pierce and Nathan Bradley each scored 14 points, Kenny Lemon chipped in nine points and seven rebounds for the Racers.
