ARCHERY

Allen County: The Allen County Archers hold traditional 3-D shoots the third Saturday of the month all year long, weather permitting. They are open to all archery equipment. The Archers hold a “stump shoot” for traditional bows only the fourth Saturday of each month, weather permitting. BASEBALL

Delphos: The 13th annual Nathan Miller Memorial Tournament will be June 2, 3 and 4 at the Delphos Stadium Park. The tournament for boys ages 11-12 years old (age cutoff is March 1) involves 16 to 20 teams. The tournament will be pool play with a three-game guarantee. Players must be from the same school district. Awards will be handed out. Cost is $200 with a $50 non-refundable entry fee. Deadline to enter is May 12. Bath Township: The annual Bath Baseball “Best of the Northwest” Youth Tournament is scheduled from June 9 to 11. This is a school team tournament (all players must be from the same school district). There will be a 12U, 10U and 8U coach pitch division. The cost will be $300 per team with a three-game guarantee. FOOTBALL

Lima: The Lima Family YMCA will be playing host to a spring flag football league for boys and girls ages 6-8. Registration is open until Friday, April 7. The league will begin Monday, April 17. GOLF

Lima: The City Men’s Championship is scheduled for Wednesday, June 21, to Sunday, June 25. Entry deadline is Friday, June 16. Head to limacitygolf.com for more information.

HORSESHOES

Lima: The Allen County Horseshoe Pitchers, located at 1815 C St., have openings in leagues and doubles. Open doubles begins at 8:30 a.m. Saturdays. Corn hole leagues are forming. MOTORCYCLE RACING

PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING

Lima: War Wrestling returns Saturday, April 15, to Empowered Sports Center at 1730 N. Union St. for the Final Countdown. Bouts include Ryan Michaels and Jacob Rose with agent Nick Hahn vs. Jimmy Shane and Will The Thrill, Carson Drake vs. Paloma Starr, Jack Vaughn vs. Qassius Starr, Shawna Reed vs. Alexis Littlefoot, Jock Samson vs. The Voodoo King Mojo McQueen and Beastman with Jexy Blakk vs. “Darkstar” Matt Taylor. Plus, Harley Fairfax, Brandon Fields, “Poison” Appollo Starr, Brandon Day, Kronos the Berserker, Zodiak, Scotty Amos, Gino DeCapo, Tommy Irish and Ripper Blackhart are scheduled to appear. VIP doors open at 5:30 p.m. and general admission doors at 6:30 p.m. with wrestling starting at 7 p.m. VIP tickets are $18 and general admission tickets cost $8 in advance and are available at Groamy’s Cd’s and Tapes or at warwrestling.com. There is also an family four pack for $30 and general admission tickets will be $10 at the door.

SOCCER

Lima: New members are being accepted for the Lima Family YMCA’s Barracudas team for those ages 4 to 18. The Y also has a USA Swim Team which gives participants additional opportunities to compete at other Ohio venues. For more information contact April Dorman at 419-223-6045, extension 218.

TRACK AND FIELD

Track & field

LIMA: The Lima Senior Spartan Invitational will be held Saturday at Spartan Stadium. Field events are scheduled to start at 11 a.m. and running events at 12:30 p.m. Schools scheduled to compete include Cleveland St. Ignatius, Dayton Belmont, Dayton Meadowdale, Dayton Ponitz, Emmanuel Christian, Temple Christian, Sandusky, Toledo Notre Dame Academy, Toledo Rogers, Toledo Scott, Toledo St. Francis DeSales, Toledo St. John’s, Toledo St. Ursula, Walsh Jesuit and host Lima Senior. TRAPSHOOTING

Lima: The Lima Sabres have various shooting events. Thursday Trap Practice for Adults/Juniors/Beginners is 4 p.m. weekly. Adult Trap Practice is 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesdays, weather permitting.
