HUBER HEIGHTS — The Lima Senior girls track and field team finished fourth out of 39 teams Friday at the Wayne Invitational. Centerville won the event with 96 points. The Spartans had 53 points and Minster finished seventh with 41.1 points.

Itayia Harris, Suerethia Henderson, Kamry Brown and Corion Gordon-McDonald teamed up to win the 800 relay for Lima Senior.

Fort Jennings 1

FORT JENNINGS — Winning pitcher Noah Lambert threw five innings, allowing one earned run, five hits and five walks while striking out five.

Trent Siebenck had three hits, Noah Lambert had two singles, Austin Swift had two hits and two RBI and Austin Klausing had two RBI also for the visiting Wildcats. Aaron Sealts had two singles and an RBI for Fort Jennings.

LCC 7, Delphos Jefferson 3

LIMA — Vinny Pignataro had two hits and two RBI and Anthony Venturella had a hit and two RBI for Lima Central Catholic. Delphos Jefferson’s Jace Stockwell had two hits and an RBI.

New Bremen 4

ST. HENRY — Nathan Lefeld had three hits and two RBI, Curtis Uhlenhake had two hits and two RBI and Josh Osterholt and Conner Bruggeman had two hits each for the host Redskins. Deion Hoehne had three hits, including a double and a triple, and two RBI and Grant Selby had two hits for the Cardinals.

Ada 6, Cory-Rawson 5

RAWSON — Austin Amburgey had three hits and two RBI for the visiting Bulldogs.

NEW KNOXVILLE — The New Knoxville at Fort Jennings doubleheader start time has been moved up to 10 a.m. today due to rain being in the afternoon forecast. Also, the Waynesfield-Goshen at New Knoxville game scheduled fo Monday has been canceled. Instead, New Knoxville will be making up a Midwest Athletic Conference game at home at 5 p.m. against Marion Local.

Bath 5, Van Wert 4

BATH TOWNSHIP — The host Wildkittens scored three runs in the bottom of the seventh for the victory. Bath’s Annika Heminger and Van Wert’s Hayley Bradford each homered.

Wayne Trace 0

ROCKFORD — Winning pitcher Selena Burtch allowed one hit and struck out seven. Haley Hawk hit a three-run home run and had four RBI, Alyx Slusher had four hits and five RBI, Alyssa Miller had three hits and an RBI and Bailey Bates had two hits and an RBI also for the host Panthers.

New Riegel 5,

Hardin Northern 4

NEW RIEGEL — Bailee Waller had two hits and an RBI, Madison Robson had two hits and Holly Wilson and Haylei Pees had a hit and an RBI each for Hardin Northern.

Paulding 7, Hicksville 5

PAULDING — Haylee Dominique had three hits and three RBI, Kelsey Beck, Asia Arellano had two hits and an RBI, and Audrey Manz and Stephanie Trausch each had two hits for Paulding.

Ada 2, Allen East 0

ADA — Winning pitcher Teyah Sautter threw seven innings, allowing six hits and three walks while striking out four. Allen East starter Kylie Wyss threw six innings, allowing six hits and two walks while striking out eight. Teyah Sautter and Mackenzie Wills had two hits each and Madisyn Gossard had a hit and an RBI for also for Ada. Alex Briley had three hits also for Allen East.

Continental 3, Leipsic 1

CONTINENTAL — Winning pitcher Amber Logan went seven innings, allowing two hits and three walks while striking out three. Kayla Troyer had two hits and two RBI also for Continental. Healther Lammers tripled for Leipsic.

Ottawa-Glandorf 3

GLANDORF — Jenna Clum had four hits and five RBI, Sydney Bolling had four hits, Jenna Rodenberger had three hits and an RBI, Alivia Purtee had two hits and an RBI and Jessica Vermillion had two hits for Kenton. Brooke Kleman had four hits and an RBI, Brooke Beach had two hits and an RBI and Karlie Bellman had a hit and an RBI for O-G.

Lincolnview 17, Kalida 3

KALIDA — Morgan Miller had three hits and three runs scored and Macala Ashbaugh had three hits, including two doubles, and a run scored for Lincolnview. Laine Laudick had three hits and an RBI, Jaylen Vandemark had two hits and an RBI and Hannah Warn had two hits for Kalida.

OREGON — Kiera Buchanan and Emma Patterson each had a hit and an RBI for Lima Senior.

WAPAKONETA — Singles players Emerson Hager, Alex Stinebaugh and Jian Feng Zhao and the doubles team of Ben Schroer and Andrew Gibson won for Wapak.

St. Marys 4, Sidney 1

SIDNEY — Singles players Bobby Miller and Riley Niekamp and the doubles teams of Jacob Grannan and Josh Wingett and Bo Kuenning and C.J. Vanderhorst won for St. Marys.

Cross country/track

Gorman to sign

VAN WERT — Anna Gorman will be signing a letter of intent to run run track and cross country at Indiana Tech at 11 a.m. Monday at Lincolnview High School.

Gorman’s achievements include earning first-team all-Northwest Conference and making the regional in cross country and finishing seventh in the D-III regional and 11th in the Division II/III indoor state 800.
