OUTLOOK: Allison Schroeder returns to her head coaching duties after taking a year off. Only three starters, GK Schroeder, F Verhoff and D Ellerbrock, are back from last year’s team that became the first team in the area to reach the state finals. The good news is there are seven other lettermen who saw plenty of action on that team that scored 106 goals and gave up only 11. Eight starters from last year need to be replaced, but Schroeder is expecting another strong tournament run.

TEAM: SHAWNEE

DIVISION: II

Six starters return, including standout GK junior Stolly and three defenders. The defense will be strong. The key will be developing new offensive threats to replace Santaguida, who had 26 goals last year.
