WAYNEFIELD — The yearly running of the Bob Reynolds Memorial takes over Waynesfield Raceway Park on Saturday night.

The K&L Ready Mix NRA Sprint Invaders will headline the event with a $7,500 payday awaiting the winner. The UMP Modifieds will also be on the program racing for a $3,000 payout. The event will also mark a points race for local and national UMP points. A new feature to the event is the first-ever appearance by the F.A.S.T 305 sprint car series. Drivers in the 305s will be competing for a $1,000 payday.

Pit gates open at 2:30 p.m. Grandstand gates open at 3:30 p.m. Racing is set to get underway at 7 p.m. Adult general admission is $18. Those 11-15 years old are admitted for $15 with everyone under the age of 10 admitted for free. Pit passes are available for$30. Alcohol will be available for purchase at the track this weekend. In compliance with Ohio law, no outside carry in will be permitted.

Limaland lineup

LIMA — Firecracker Friday — The Night Before the Bob Reynolds Memorial is scheduled for tonight at Limaland Motorsports Park.

The K & L Ready Mix NRA Sprint Invaders, K&N Filters UMP Modifieds and Bud Thunderstocks are all scheduled to compete.

The pit gate is scheduled to open at 4:30 p.m. and the grandstand at 5 p.m. with hot laps at 6:30 p.m. and racing at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $12 for those older than 15 and $6 for youngsters 11 to 15. Anyone 10 and younger get in free. Pit passes are $25. For more information go to
