Too many times — in fact 92% of the time — the courts leave children underserved. Wherever the children end up residing, they suffer the damages inherent to poor execution of services.

There were two examples of such children, one as recently as last month in Allen County. There are others where videotapes revealed similar circumstances, where children were placed in harm’s way.

In each of these cases, the children readily were left lacking by court-appointed services and definitely underserved. The families are torn beyond repair, and Children Services despots are left to routinely cover up the rampant abuse.

These policies are so destructive they claim 92% of all child protective services cases to the columns of government-subsidized failures. These cases will permanently erode even the most resilient of families and compromise the safety of all.
