I want to express the disappointment in our present cable provider.
I do not know how many people are having trouble accessing their webmail, but this has been the case with the provider for over the last two months. I have contacted the provider and have voiced my concerns and unfortunately it seems that it has fallen on deaf ears. Even getting to talk to a real person is very difficult with this provider. They just do not seem to care.
With the bill from this provider being one of the larger bills that most of us face each month, we should demand more from them. I believe the only remedy is to drop the provider. I guess that is what you can expect with a monopoly.
If they had competition, they would be forced to offer decent service or go out of business.
