Letter: A Democrat for Trump

This impeachment proceeding and investigation is near-sighted. The “ Joe and Hunter Biden” story needs told. As a registered Democrat I’m appalled by my party’s leaders. Pelosi, Schiff, Schumer, Nadler, et al, are “do-nothings,” accomplishing nothing for their constituents besides spewing jealous innuendo. With President Trump’s leadership, our economy is flourishing. To quote The Lima Construction Trades Council President, 2019 has been the best for the trades in 34 years, i.e., the trade Union has never seen it this good.

The city of Topeka, Kansas,, is advertising it will pay $10,000 to $15,000 for workers to move there. GM is building a $1.5B plant. Ford plans to invest $1.45B in Detroit, adding 3,000 jobs. Locally, workers are needed for 1,500 jobs. Those wanting to work to get “off the dole, have jobs available.

U.S. Retail sales are up. The legal immigration policy is being policed. Our commander-in-chief is nose to nose with adversaries. The Congressional Democrats “gave” $391M to a “corrupt country” while U.S. homeless and starving citizens get meager handouts.

President Trump is needed to lead this country, to continue to “clean out the D.C. Swamp,” and make the USA great again. I will vote for him again. And, “not one Russian or Ukrainian contacted me for my vote.” Further, the constant denouncing of “our” president on TV needs to stop. Comedians, both the NBC and CBS buffoons, void my trust in TV commercials. All Trump-bashers need to review his more than 100 accomplishments since he was legally ‘elected’ President of the United States. Vote in November and future elections remembering who voted to impeach.

Jack Walker, Lima
