Is anyone else out there weary of waiting for Rhodes State to build a campus in downtown Lima?
There have been so many reasons given for a delay in beginning the project. Now the latest is a request for an alley to be acquired. To have this alley Rhodes wants three important utilities to move wires and pipes at great expense to these utility companies.
Is there any reason Rhodes can’t change the building to be a bit smaller and not need this alley space? If the space was needed, it should have been bought years ago.
