I am writing on a matter of the upmost importance. The United States Congress cannot continue considering Brett Kavanaugh for the Supreme Court. President Trump should not be able to nominate a Supreme Court justice who, in all likelihood, will have to rule on the legitimacy of his presidency.
Republicans brazenly broke constitutional law by refusing to allow President Obama to fulfill his constitutional duty. Does constitutional law only apply to Democrats? This unequal handling of Supreme Court nominees cannot stand!
U.S. Senator Portman must help stop this stealing of Supreme Court positions. It is not right! President Trump should not be able to choose who will rule on whether or not he can be indicted. This is contrary to the rule of law.
Portman must take a stand and act to stop Kavanaugh’s approval!
