Waynesfield-Goshen selects elementary principal as next superintendent


WAYNESFIELD — The Waynesfield-Goshen school board has selected elementary principal Tim Pence as the district’s next superintendent when Superintendent Chris Pfister retires in January 2022.

Pence, a Waynesfield native, has overseen the elementary building for 12 years. He was one of 25 applicants and six finalists for the position.

Pence will start as assistant superintendent in August before taking over for Pfister in 2022.
