Ohio University recognizes fall graduates


ATHENS — Ohio University has recognized more than 2,300 students who graduated during the fall semester.

Local students receiving degrees include Benjamin Bryan, of Lima, who graduated with a bachelor’s of science majoring in geography; Samantha Gruber, of Lima, who graduated with a master of science in nursing; Brittany Hemker, of Columbus Grove, who graduated with a master of science in nursing; Heather Kahle, of Bluffton, who graduated with a bachelor of science in nursing; Jarrod Kindell, of Kenton, who graduated with a master of engineering management; Ben Knapke, of Lima, who graduated with a bachelor of arts in economics; Maxwell Pelletier, of Minster, who graduated with a bachelor of science in electrical engineering; Casandra Pizano, of Leipsic, who graduated with a bachelor of science in nursing; Madison Rieman, of Ottawa, who graduated with a bachelor of business administration; Monika Stauffer, of Buckland, who graduated with a master of health administration; Bethany Turrentine, of Lima, who graduated with a bachelor of science in nursing; Debra Wehner, of Van Wert, who graduated with a bachelor of science in nursing; and Jessica Whetstone, of Wapakoneta, who graduated with a bachelor of science in nursing.
