LIMA — Gail Johnson, a recent graduate of Elida High School, received a $15,000 scholarship after being named the winner of the National Exchange Club A.C.E. Scholarship Award.
She had previously received scholarships from the Lima Exchange Club totaling $1,700.
The program sponsored each year by the National Exchange Club recognizes high school students who have made a dramatic change in their attitude and performance during high school.
