Lima Elks name scholarship winners


LIMA — The Lima Elks club has once again awarded scholarships to deserving students.

Area students receiving awards include Evan Roebke of Kalida schools ($2,000), Carrie Stetler of Spencerville schools ($2,000), Derek Inskeep of Bath schools ($1,500), Paige Langhals of Columbus Grove schools ($1,500), Willard Nusbaum of Elida schools ($1,500), Emma Rex of Wapakoneta schools ($1,500), Jack Zerante of Lima Central Catholic ($1,500), Addison Schafer of Columbus Grove schools ($2,000), Kayla Fortman of Kalida schools ($500), Kara Grossman of Delphos schools ($500), Lyndie Hazelton of Leipsic schools ($500), Kyle Hoersten of Ottoville schools ($500), Paige Langhals of Columbus Grove schools ($500), Evan Roebke of Kalida schools ($500), Brianna Schimmoeller of Ottawa-Glandorf schools ($500), Michael Schroeder of Ottawa-Glandorf schools ($500), Carrie Stetler of Spencerville schools ($500) and Kamryn Wurth of Kalida schools ($500).

In addition, Derek Inskeep from Bath schools was awarded $2,000 and Carrie Stetler from Spencerville schools was awarded an additional $1,.000, both from the Ohio Elks Association for State Most Valuable Student contest.

The Elks National Foundation Legacy grant of $4,000 was awarded to Megan Latham of Lima Central Catholic.
