The SHOP open at Rhodes State

LIMA — Rhodes State College recently opened The SHOP, a food and basic supplies pantry for students.

The SHOP was created in response to a 2019 study completed by the Office of Student Engagement & Activities that found 39% of students have run out of food at some point, and 29% have worried about obtaining hygiene products. These findings show that Rhodes students are facing food insecurity at a rate that is 9% higher than the average of college campuses.

If you would like to donate to the pantry just drop off the items at the Rhodes State College, Office of Student Engagement and Activities.
