LIMA — Spartan 360, a student mentoring program started last year with Lima Senior early childhood education and patient care students and Unity Elementary School, is continuing this school year with additional members, automotive technology students.
Early childhood students will be at Unity from noon to 1 p.m. every Monday. Patient care and automotive students will be at the elementary students from noon to 1 p.m. every Wednesday.
The Lima Senior students help Unity students build social and emotional skills through learning activities. The high school students also partner with community sponsors each month to focus on specific skills and developmental appropriate activities.
