BLUFFTON — Junior nutrition students at Bluffton University will be hosting the 2018 Lunch and Learn, a series of sessions geared towards providing the public with nutritional meal ideas.
Throughout the series, the public will learn about different oils, soups and flatbreads, new spices, how to increase fiber, whole grains, vegan meals, on-the-go breakfast and many more.
During each session, the students will conduct a 20-30 minute cooking demonstration and then provide the public with a full meal and nutritional information from noon to 1 p.m.
The sessions will be held on the first floor of the Berky Hall every Wednesday through April 18. It is a free event, and it is open to the public, however space is limited for lunch. To reserve a spot, contact Jeanna Haggard at 419-233-1334.
