Winners named in Cowan Realtors billboard contest

LIMA — Cowan Realtors held a billboard contest in the month of December for participating schools, and a winner was chosen for each district that participated.

The winners included: Cameron Troyer, fourth grade, Elida Elementary; Olivia Heaphy, kindergarten, St. Gerard; Zani Armstrong, fourth grade, Independence Elementary; and Carlie Cox, third grade, Shawnee Maplewood Elementary.
