FINDLAY — Blanchard Valley Health System has acquired the Findlay Surgery Center.
In a press release, BVHS said current staff will remain at the surgery center, and no service disruptions are expected as a result of the acquisition.
BVHS CEO and President Scott Malaney said the FSC has a reputation for “high-quality care.” The goal, according to a press release, is to maintain the FSC’s efficiency and convenience for patients and physicians while making BVHS resources available.
“This is an exciting venture that prioritizes the health needs of our community,” said Cheryl Cunningham, Findlay Surgery Center administrator, in the press release. “We have worked in partnership with BVHS for many years and are looking forward to aligning the FSC with a health system that consistently provides world-class care.”
