Paulding Putnam Electric Cooperative donates to charities


PAULDING — Paulding Putnam Electric Cooperative donated $8,000 to local organizations through the co-op’s Operation Round Up program, which allows members to round their monthly electric bills up to the next dollar to benefit charity.

The latest beneficiaries include Wayne Trace schools; Habitat for Humanity of Paulding County; M.A.V. Youth Mentoring; Payne Volunteer Fire Department; Paulding Soil and Water Conservation District; and Putnam County 4-H Council.
