Cooper Tire named ‘Best Place to Work’ for LGBTQ equality

FINDLAY — Cooper Tire received a 100% score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2020 Corporate Equality Index, a national survey measuring corporate policies and LGBTQ equality in the workplace.

The CEI evaluates corporate non-discrimination policies, employment benefits, organizational competency, supporting an inclusive workplace culture and public commitment to LGBTQ equality.
