Ottawa business to present at state chamber meeting

OTTAWA — Ottawa’s Signature Look Boutique owner Alivia Croy has been nominated by Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce to make a “Shark Tank”-style presentation on her business during the Ohio Chamber of Commerce’s annual meeting and reception Wednesday.

Croy’s business was nominated by Ottawa’s chamber to give the presentation in Columbus to Daymond John, who is on the show that airs on ABC. John will be the keynote speaker.

According to the show’s website, it is where budding entrepreneurs get the chance to bring their dreams to fruition in this reality show from executive producer Mark Burnett.

Her business sells women’s clothing, accessories and gifts. It is is one of 11 in Ohio that have been nominated to make a presentation, and the selection process will be narrowed down to three businesses. The chosen three businesses will be allowed the opportunity to present their Shark Tank presentation during the meeting Wednesday.

The three businesses who are selected to make a presentation will receive business advice from John.
