LIMA — Two new employees in the Allen County Sheriff’s Office were issued their oaths of office on Wednesday.

Joining the department as deputies were Andrea Geise and Travis Christy.

She is following in the footsteps of her grandfather, Michael Finn, who retired from law enforcement nearly a decade ago, spending the majority of his career with the Delphos Police Department.

Christy is a 2012 graduate of Morris Knolls High School in New Jersey. He served four years in the United States Marine Corp, including three deployments.
