LIMA — The Walter C. Potts Entrepreneur Incubator and Technology Center has recently partnered with other Lima-area organizations to host the Independent Small Business Information Series through November.
The center partnered with the Lima Area Chamber Foundation, Community Enrichment Dinner, The Coworking Center and the Small Business Development Center at Rhodes State College.
Attendees will learn how to launch and grow their business, how to find and target customers, information about market size, market demand, how to identify an organization and the legal, accounting and insurance needed for small business.
There were sessions on Oct. 31 and Nov. 7, and the next session will be from 10 a.m. to noon Nov. 28 at The Meeting Place.
Those who complete all three sessions will receive a Small Business Information Series Certificate and will have the opportunity to pitch their business idea to the panel to earn additional business financing.
