LIMA — The Partnership for Violence Free Families recently filled two management positions after restructuring.
Rick Skilliter, former Bluffton police chief and director of public safety, is now the associate director at the PVFF. He was in emergency services for more than 30 years and with Critical Incident Stress Management for more than 25 years, responding to tragedies of all sizes throughout Ohio.
Lucy Flowers has taken the position of director of school-based prevention services with PVFF. Flowers spent the past year developing Gatekeeper Suicide Prevention Groups in 12 area schools.
