Area Agency on Aging 3 recognized by HealthPath Foundation of Ohio

LIMA — Two Area Agency on Aging 3 employees were recently awarded the 2018 Community Connector Award by the HealthPath Foundation of Ohio during the Community Connections Luncheon in Columbus.

Alisha Harper and Kimberly Baker received the awarded because of their work developing support programs such as the Awakenings-Victim Outreach Program and Stages Behavioral Health program and raising elder abuse awareness in the surrounding seven regions.

“The Community Connector Award recognizes those who have dedicated their time and efforts to give all Ohioans the opportunity to achieve their fullest health potential,” said HealthPath Executive Director Eric DeWald in a news release. “We are proud to recognize Kimberly and Alisha for going above and beyond to connect elderly Ohioans to needed community resources.”
