BLUFFTON — After a recent inspection by the Ohio Department of Health, The Mennonite Home Communities of Ohio announced that its Green House nursing facility, Willow Ridge, has no deficiencies.
The on-site inspections/surveys are apart of the compliance with state and federal rules and regulations to ensure the quality of care and quality of the residents. Each year Willow Ridge and various other nursing facilities in Ohio receive unannounced inspections during a 9 to 15 month cycle.
“Four surveyors spent four days at Willow Ridge,” said Mennonite Home Communities Ohio ODH Jessica Murphy in a news release. “They asked many questions about policies and practices, closely observed staff in action, and interviewed elders and families about their comfort and satisfaction. Our staff performed professionally and knowledgeably. They’re the reason for our deficiency-free survey.”
