LIMA — Paul S. Crow, president and chief executive officer of Lima-based Tuttle Services, was a presenter at the recent Construction Management Association National Conference in Washington D.C. Crow teamed with Steven Anderson, president of Integrated Leadership Systems, to present “Lean on Me: The Power of Teamwork” at the construction industry conference.
The presentation addressed the focus employers place on serving their clients’ needs compared to the time spent on working to develop and maintain the vital bonds of their employee teams, according to a press release from Tuttle Services. Attendees learned about the critical areas which research shows to be necessary in the development of building effective teams, along with real world examples of the positive effects of strong employee teamwork in today’s businesses.
The CMAA National Conference is the premier event for the construction and program management industry, according to the press release. The annual conference draws more than 1,300 owners, construction managers and other industry professionals to the three-day educational event.
