Who’s eligible?

•All adults and children age 5 years and older.

• There was one new death attributed to COVID-19 in Van Wert County, the sole death reported in the five-county region over the past week, according to the Ohio Department of Health.

• Hardin County saw the region’s highest per capita rate of new cases over the last two weeks at 60.6 cases per 100,000 people, the 59th highest in Ohio. Allen County ranked 66th in Ohio with 53.7 cases per 100,000 people, while Van Wert ranked 76th at 42.4, Auglaize ranked 77th at 41.6 and Putnam ranked 87th with 14.8 cases per 100,000 people.
