Putnam County Common Pleas Court
Dennis W. Stalnaker, 60, 4885 Wolfe Road, Elida, was sentenced to 60 days jail for driving under the influence. He was placed on five years community control and must successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He was fined $1,350 and his driver’s license was suspended for life.
Putnam County Treasurer Tracy Warnecke was granted an agreed judgment with Rick J. Thomas, McComb, and Belinda J. Thomas, McComb, in delinquent taxes and assessments in the amount of $18,099.19.
Travis Faulkner, Van Wert, and Angelica Faulkner, Ottawa, were granted a legal separation. They were married March 4, 2020 in Ottawa and have one child.
Eric C. Hunrickhouse, Ottawa, and Tamara R. Humrickhouse, Alger, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married April 3, 2018 in Ottawa and have no children.
Carrie Schroeder, Ottawa, and Jason Schroeder, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married in Mexico and have two children.
Zachery T. Lambert, 27, 407 E. Harmon St., Oakwood, pleaded guilty to sexual battery. He faces up to five years in prison. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1 p.m. Feb. 10.
Lambert had been indicted on a count of rape, alleging he engaged in sex with a 25-year-old female who is the mother of his children during a drunken incident at a residence in Continental on Aug. 16, 2021.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions
Joshua L. Bunker, 27, 180 W. Third St., Ottoville, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of criminal mischief. Sentence: 60 days jail, 48 days suspended, $150 fine.
Riley M. Lauth, 27, 16056 Road I-14, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of physical control. Sentence:180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP. Another charge of OVI was dismissed.
Kennie R. Rashad-Cartier, 71, 110 Pearl St., Pandora, pleaded no contest to OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP.
Eric R. Diller, 35, 206 W. North St., Lima, pleaded guilty to aggravated menacing. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, with credit given for four days served, $100 fine, and complete a mental health assessment. A charge of telephone harassment was dismissed.
Jeremy B. Moreno, 37, 1255 N. Defiance St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP. Charges of speeding and driving under suspension were dismissed.
Dennis J. Knott, 63, 15712 Road 17N, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP. He was also fined $50 for reasonable control. Charges of stopping after accident and another charge of OVI were dismissed.
