New cases reported in K-12 schools, long-term care centers

• The Ohio Department of Health on Thursday updated its weekly reports of coronavirus in K-12 schools and long-term care facilities.

In Allen County, there was one staff case at Allen East, two student cases at Apollo, three student cases at Bluffton, 13 student cases at Elida, 11 student cases and eight staff cases at Lima, five student and three staff cases at Perry, 11 student and five staff cases at Shawnee, one student case at St. Charles, two student cases at St. Gerard, and seven student cases at St. John.

In Auglaize County, there was one student case at Minster, one student case at New Knoxville, three student cases at St. Marys, five student cases at Wapakoneta, and two student cases at Waynesfield-Goshen.

In Putnam County, there were three student cases at Columbus Grove, 14 student cases at Continental, one student and one staff case at Jennings, five student cases at Leipsic, four student and one staff case at Miller City-New Cleveland, sevent student cases at Ottawa-Glandorf, two student and one staff case at Ottoville, one student case at the Putnam County Educational Service Center, and two student and one staff case at Sts. Peter and Paul.

• In Allen County long-term care facilities, there was one staff case at the CRSI-Cedar Home, one staff case at the Lima Convalescent Home, two resident cases at Lima Manor, three staff cases at Lost Creek Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, three staff cases at Maple Crest of Mennonite Memorial Home, one staff case at Roselawn Manor, one staff case at the Springs of Lima, and one staff case at Vancrest of Delphos.

In Auglaize County, there was one staff case at the Lindley Inn, one resident case at Auglaize Acres, one staff case at Elmwood Assisted Living of New Bremen, one staff case at Grande Lake Healthcare Center nursing home, two resident and two staff cases at Heritage Center for Rehab and Specialty Care, five resident and three staff cases at Otterbein Cridersville nursing home, one staff case at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community’s nursing home, and one resident and one staff case at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community assisted living.

In Putnam County, there were two staff cases at the Hilty Home nursing home, one resident and one staff case at the Meadows of Kalida nursing home, one staff and two resident cases at the Meadows of Leipsic nursing home, and nine resident and four staff cases at the Meadows of Ottawa nursing home.
