• Ohio Northern University’s HealthWise Pharmacy is administering pediatric coronavirus vaccines for children ages 5 to 11 by appointment in the Skills Lab, located across from the pharmacy in the pharmacy building at 511 W. Lincoln Ave., Ada.

Parents may register their child online at gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov or by calling 419-772-3784. Consent forms are required.
