Putnam County Common Pleas Court

Oct. 12

Brock A. Inkrott, Ottawa, and Cynthia M. Inkrott, Medical Lake, Wash., were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married June 3, 2011 in Ottawa and have one child.

Oct. 13

Putnam County Treasurer Tracy Warnecke, Ottawa, was granted a default judgment against Waneta Conner, Columbus Grove, in the amount of $4,062.81 as of July 13, 2021 plus any additional amounts accrued for real estate taxes and assessments on property located in Sugar Creek Township.

Oct 14

Jason E. Chamberlin, 48, 59 Liberty St., Leipsic, was sentenced to a minimum of six years in prison to a maximum of nine years for felonious assault. He was given credit for 324 days served and any additional time while awaiting transport. He was also ordered to pay restitution of $3,254. A charge of domestic violence was dismissed.

Oct. 15

Eric M. Walters, 35, 21009 Road 21, Fort Jennings, was sentenced to 16 months in prison for assault and 11 months in prison for vandalism. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrently and he was given credit for 207 days served and any additional time while awaiting transport. Charges of resisting arrest and menacing were dismissed.

Alisia R. Garza, 32, 6329 Edwards Ave., Ashtabula, was referred to the WORTH Center program for aggravated possession of drugs, assault and aggravated menacing. She was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment.

Oct. 18

Alicia J. Fenbert, 39, 812 Jay St., St. Marys, was placed on five years community control for three counts non-support. She must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment and complete all necessary child support payments.

Oct. 19

Raven D. Krontz, 41, 1570 N. Perry St., Lot 66, Ottawa, was sentenced to 180 days jail for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. She was given credit for 38 days served. The sentence was ordered to be served consecutive to her Municipal Court case.

Anthony N. Hutchison, 39, 1410 Westshore Drive, #6, Findlay, was referred to the WORTH Center program for two counts non-support. He was placed on five years community control, must complete all counseling and treatment recommended and complete all child support payments.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Oct. 18

Aidan C. Earles, 18, 408 N. Main St., Continental, was found guilty of drug paraphernalia following a trial to the court. Sentence: $150 fine and six-months license suspension.

Oct. 19

Marcus L. Gonzalez, 42, 340 S. Reynolds Road, Lot 50, Toledo, charged with failure to comply, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Oct. 21

Victor R. Magallanes, 32, 131 E. Elm St., Deshler, pleaded no contest to driving under suspension child support. Sentence: $1,000 fine, $900 suspended. He pleaded no contest to another charge of driving under suspension child support. Sentence: $1,000 fine, $750 suspended. He was also fined $150 for another count.
