LIMA — The Veterans of Foreign Wars 1275 auxiliary will host a ham and scalloped potato dinner starting at 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 8, at the post, 124 E. Elm St., Lima. The cost is $10. The dinner is open to the public. Carry-outs are available.

All proceeds will go to benefit local veterans.
